Chocolate Protein Cake!
(recipe by Best Body Fitness Personal Trainer Monica Webster)
1 cup oat flour (find at Nutters, or local health food store)
2 scoops of chocolate protein powder (available here at Best Body Fitness!)
½ cup of powdered Splenda or Truvia (find at Nutters, or local health food store)
½ tsp. baking soda
¼ tsp. salt
3 Tbsp. baking cocoa
4 egg whites
8 oz. berry baby food (strawberries, blueberries or a berry blend)
4 oz. water
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix dry ingredients, and in another bowl, mix wet ingredients, then add the wet to the dry while stirring.
Spray 8″x8″ baking dish with butter Pam. Add cake batter to dish and bake for 25 minutes.
Freezes well. Keep frozen for later or in the fridge for this week!
