What brought you Best Body Fitness?
I needed to build up my upper body and my overall strength and conditioning for the up coming hockey season. I had done some working out in the past and some circuits with some hockey camps, but this year I was trying out for Sylvan Lakes “AA” hockey team and to make the team I felt I needed to be the best player on the team.
What exactly have been your results working with a trainer at Best Body Fitness?
I have become a force to be reckoned with out on the ice. My ability to control the puck along the boards and in deep is evident my statistics. I have already scored more goals then I did the entire 2010 season. I notice a big improvement in my foot speed and also my core strength. I have a stronger more explosive lower body that made a huge difference in my hitting game.
What is different about this program vs other programs you have tried?
The programs are unique and individualized. Connor hasn’t tried any other training programs before, he has worked with large groups during hockey schools. Connors training here at Best Body Fitness was very progressive. We started off developing joint and muscle stability as well as strength and then we slowly progressed to sport specific movements.
Would you recommend Best Body Fitness and why?
I would recommend this program to everyone wanting to get in shape or that has specific needs. The staff are very helpful and knowledgeable and the environment is a great atmosphere.
