Half Marathon (featuring two schedules: Recreational and Competitive)
Full Marathon (featuring two schedules: Recreational and Competitive)
All programs feature a series of lectures on Running Form, Injury Prevention, Nutrition, Strength and Flexibility training, Mental Preparation and Motivation and more.
Plus as much individual coaching during the runs as possible.
The Clinic meets each Sunday at 8:30am at Best Body Fitness.
